Tasting Notes: With a malt bill incorporating a proportion of Munich and Aromatic malts giving a firm flavour foundation reminiscent of shortbread, and a pale amber hue. late hopping with three more German hop varieties give floral, spicy & fruity notes. A final flourish follows with gentle dry hopping of Sardinian Bock during conditioning for an earthy, herbal finish.
